Obtain a copy of the Cancellation
Policy/Form from any Account
Management Representative by calling
+1.678.460.1475 or emailing sales@ipcomms.net

IP Communications requires 30 days
notice for cancellations. The 30
days begin from the date of IP
Communications receipt.

The cancellation forms can be faxed
back to our office at 678-868-1606.

Upon receiving your cancellation
notice, you will receive one final
invoice. On that invoice at the top
left corner of the first page will
be noted: *** FINAL BILL ***.

IP Communications will close the
account on the 15th of
the month.

You will receive any account
balances or deposits within 30 days
after the account has been closed.
