Customer Account Cancellation Procedures:

  • Obtain a copy of the Cancellation Policy/Form from any Account Management Representative by calling +1.678.460.1475 or emailing sales@ipcomms.net

  • IP Communications requires 30 days notice for cancellations.  The 30 days begin from the date of IP Communications receipt.

  • The cancellation forms can be faxed back to our office at 678-868-1606.

  • Upon receiving your cancellation notice, you will receive one final invoice.  On that invoice at the top left corner of the first page will be noted:  ***  FINAL BILL  ***. 

  • IP Communications will close the account on the 15th of the month. 

  • You will receive any account balances or deposits within 30 days after the account has been closed.
