How SIP DIDs works

1. First, register with our online order portal.  This will give you access to all of our service packages and ordering systems.

 

2. Next, select IPDID Local Origination Service or choose from one of our IPDID Service packages.

 

3.  Choose local numbers from any location we offer.  For example:

• Washington DC(202)

• Chicago(312) 

• Atlanta(404)

4. Select  the quantity of concurrent calls (ports) needed (you can add more at any time).

5. Your selected numbers will be delivered to you via VoIP. 

We give you complete flexibility of how you match your phone numbers to your ports. This means you can choose to have one number ring several ports or you can have several numbers ring one port.  Combine ports into trunk groups for even greater flexibility in routing.

If you do not have a VoIP device, we can alternatively point them to a PSTN (public switched telephone number) you provide* (e.g. your office number).
