How SIP Trunking Works

1. Using our online Online Ordering Portal, select the number of lines (concurrent calls) you require(you can always add more later if needed)

2. Next, choose your phone numbers. You can select local phone numbers (DIDs) or toll free numbers. Your numbers can be from any of our over 5000 service locations.

3. Your selected numbers will be delivered to you via a SIP Trunk. If you do not have a SIP or other VoIP device, we can alternatively point them to a PSTN (public switched telephone number) you provide (e.g. your office number).
