For SIP Trunking, you need a SIP-compatible PBX or IP phone system. We support popular platforms including FreePBX, 3CX, FreeSwitch, Asterisk, and many others. You'll also need a reliable internet connection with adequate bandwidth (approximately 100 Kbps per concurrent call).
We offer flexible billing options. Monthly recurring charges (like phone numbers and extensions) are billed at the start of each billing period. Usage charges (per-minute calls) are billed based on your actual usage. You can view detailed usage reports and invoices in your customer portal.
