Included with every number

  • E911 ready

Add a dispatchable address to any number for $2.50 a month, as Kari’s Law and RAY BAUM’S Act require for numbers that dial out.

  • Caller ID name

CNAM lookup on inbound calls shows who is calling; outbound caller ID name updates for your numbers on request.

  • Routing you control

Point each number at a trunk, an extension, a ring group, an auto attendant, voicemail or an outside number, with failover if the first route fails.

  • Two points of presence

Inbound calls for your numbers are delivered to both US East and US West, so a single site outage does not take your numbers down.

Questions

What is a DID number?
A DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number is a phone number that reaches your PBX or VoIP system over the internet through a SIP trunk instead of a physical line. Many DIDs share one trunk, and each can be routed to a different destination.
How much do business phone numbers cost?
US local numbers are $1.50 a month, Canadian $2.50, toll-free $2.00, each with a one-time $1.00 setup. Inbound calls are $0.009 a minute to local numbers and $0.020 to toll-free. E911 is $2.50 a month per number. There is no contract.
Can I port my existing phone numbers?
Yes, from any carrier, at $5.00 per number, volume discounts for 100 or more. Ports complete in 3–10 business days depending on the releasing carrier; your current carrier keeps carrying each number until its port date.
