What is FusionPBX?
FusionPBX is a web-based multi-tenant PBX built on FreeSWITCH. It offers call center features, IVR, voicemail, conferencing, and more. Unlike Asterisk-based systems, FusionPBX uses FreeSWITCH as its telephony engine.

Prerequisites
FusionPBX installed and running
IPComms SIP trunk credentials (username, password)
DID number from IPComms
Admin access to FusionPBX web interface
Step 1: Add SIP Gateway
1Navigate to Gateways Go to Accounts > Gateways
2Add New Gateway Click the + button to add a new gateway
3Enter Gateway Settings
4Save Gateway Click Save . Check status shows as REGED (registered).

Step 2: Outbound Route
Create an outbound route to send calls through IPComms.
1Go to Dialplan > Outbound Routes
2Click + to add new route

Step 3: Inbound Route
Route incoming calls from your IPComms DID to an extension or IVR.
1Go to Dialplan > Inbound Routes
2Click + to add new inbound route

Step 4: Testing
Verify gateway shows REGED status
Make outbound test call to cell phone
Call your DID from external phone
Check call quality and two-way audio
