Issabel Setup Guide
Add IPComms SIP trunk to your Issabel PBX
Add SIP Trunk
Go to PBX → PBX Configuration → Trunks and click Add SIP Trunk:
Trunk Name: IPComms
Outbound CallerID: [Your DID Number]
Configure PEER Details
In the PEER Details section:

username=YOUR_USERNAME

In the Registration String field:

Go to PBX → PBX Configuration → Outbound Routes:
Route Name: IPComms-Out
Dial Pattern: NXXNXXXXXX or 1NXXNXXXXXX
Trunk Sequence: IPComms
Apply & Test
Click Apply Config and verify registration in PBX → Asterisk CLI with sip show registry

Yes! Issabel is the successor to Elastix. Our trunk configuration works the same way.
Which Issabel version do you support?
We support Issabel 4 and 5 on both CentOS 7 and Rocky Linux 8/9.
Do I need a static IP?
No, registration-based authentication works with dynamic IPs. Static IP is optional.
Do you support the call center module?
Yes! Our trunks work great with Issabel's built-in call center functionality.
