FQDN/IP: sip.ipcomms.net

Type: SIP Trunk

Port: 5060

Transport: UDP (or TLS: 5061)

Link to Session Manager:

Name: SM-to-IPComms

SIP Entity 1: Session Manager

SIP Entity 2: IPComms

Port: 5060

Protocol: UDP

Configure Routing Policy

Create routing policy for outbound calls:

Name: IPComms-Outbound

SIP Entity: IPComms

Pattern: .* (or specific dialing patterns)

Set Number Formatting

Configure E.164 digit manipulation:

Format: +1NPANXXXXXX

Prefix: Remove leading digits as needed

Caller ID: Your DID in E.164 format

Verify & Test

Check trunk status in the System Manager dashboard and place a test call. Verify SIP registration under Elements → Session Manager → System Status → SIP Entity Monitoring.
